What you get
Plats, topos and as-builts drafted from your field data — in your layers, your title block, your CAD standards.
Your standards, not ours. What comes back should be indistinguishable from a drawing your own bench produced — same layers, linetypes, text styles, blocks, title block and sheet set organisation.
If the standard is written down, send the document. If it only lives in the drawings, send two or three finished ones and we will read it off them and confirm it in writing before a line gets drawn.

You keep the fieldwork, the client relationship and the certification. We handle production only.
We never contact your client, never appear on the deliverable, and never hold a position that requires licensure. Everything needing a licensed surveyor's judgment stays with you.

Before you ask
Questions buyers ask before sending a file
Do you certify or seal the drawings?
No. We are not licensed in your jurisdiction and we do not sign, seal or certify anything. You review the drafting and your seal goes on it — the same arrangement you already have with an in-house drafter, except for where the desk is.
How do you handle our CAD standards?
Send your template and we work inside it — layers, linetypes, text and dimension styles, blocks, title block, sheet set organisation. If it is not written down, two or three finished drawings tell us most of it and we confirm the rest before starting.
What do you need from the field crew?
Whatever they already produce — PNEZD, total station raw and coordinate files, GNSS observations, LandXML, field notes, sketches, site photos. Scan or drone derived, we take LAS/LAZ or E57 directly. Crews change nothing.
Who actually does the work?
The person who scopes your job produces it. You are not handed to an account manager and your drawing does not go down a queue — reply about a drawing and you are replying to whoever drew it.
What happens to our client data?
Used for your job and nothing else. Never reused as portfolio material, shared, or published without written permission, and anything shown publicly has client identifiers removed. Need an NDA first? Send yours and we sign it.
What if the first drawing comes back wrong?
That is what the sample is for, and it costs nothing. Revisions are part of the scope, not an extra invoice line. If it still does not match after a revision round, you have lost one drawing of time and no money.
