Privacy

This site collects almost nothing. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no cookie of ours on any page — which is why you were not asked to dismiss a banner.

Who we are

GeoHuB Spatial Network is a remote geospatial and CAD production studio operating from Nairobi, Kenya. For any question about this policy or about data we hold, write to enquiries@geohubspatial.com.

What this website collects

Browsing the site collects nothing. There is no analytics platform, no tag manager, no advertising or social tracking pixel, and no cookie set by us. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a third-party font provider, so no request about your visit is sent anywhere else.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server request data such as IP address and user agent in order to serve pages and protect against abuse. That is a function of hosting rather than something we collect or have access to as a profile.

The contact form

When you send the form, four things are transmitted: your name, your email address, what you have written about your project, and any link you provide. There are no hidden fields beyond a record of which page you came from and a spam trap.

The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the message to our inbox. Web3Forms processes the submission in order to deliver it. We use the information to reply to you and to scope your enquiry, and for nothing else — no marketing list, no newsletter, no sale or sharing of your details with anyone.

If you would rather not use the form, email us directly. The result is identical and one fewer processor is involved.

Files and project data you send us

This is the part that matters most to professional clients, so it is stated plainly:

  • Data you send is used to produce your deliverable and for nothing else.
  • It is not reused as portfolio material, not published, and not shown to anyone else without your written permission.
  • Where we do show work publicly with permission, client identifiers are removed — which is why drawings on this site have their title blocks and site addresses cropped away.
  • We do not sell, license or share client data with any third party, and we do not use it to train anything.
  • Ask us to delete your project data at the end of a job and we will, and confirm when it is done.
  • If you need a non-disclosure agreement in place before sending anything, send yours and we will sign it first.

How long we keep things

Enquiry emails are kept while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period after, so that we can pick up where we left off if you come back. Project files are kept for the duration of the work and a short period afterwards in case you need a redelivery, then removed. Ask for earlier deletion at any point and it will be done.

Your rights over your data

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to enquiries@geohubspatial.com and you will get a reply. There is no form to fill in and no account to log into.

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR and GDPR give you those rights and the right to complain to your supervisory authority. Our lawful basis for handling enquiry details is legitimate interest in responding to a message you chose to send us, and for project data it is the performance of the contract we are working under.

Third parties involved

  • Cloudflare Workers — hosting and content delivery. Processes standard server request data.
  • Web3Forms — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox. Receives only what you typed into the form.
  • Email — our inbox provider holds the correspondence, as it would with any email you send anyone.

There are no others. No analytics vendor, no CRM, no advertising network.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially — for example if analytics were ever added — the change will be described here rather than quietly rolled in, and the date at the top will be updated. Last updated August 2026.
