GeoHuB Spatial Network is a remote geospatial and CAD production studio in Nairobi, Kenya, working with survey firms, engineering consultancies, drone operators and scanning contractors internationally.
What this is
One point of contact, start to finish.
The person who scopes your job is the person who produces it. No account manager, no ticket queue, no production floor you never see.
That is a constraint as much as a selling point — we cannot absorb two hundred rooms of straightforward modelling at a fortnight's notice, and we will say so. What it buys you is that the detail you mention once reaches the drawing without surviving a handover.
The constraint that shapes everything
GeoHuB produces deliverables from data you supply or from openly available public data. We do not mobilise crews, visit sites, or issue licensed or certified survey products in your jurisdiction.
Being remote is the arrangement, not a limitation we work around. You keep the fieldwork, the client and the professional responsibility. We take the production.
How we work
The boundary goes first
What we do not do is stated high on every service page, before anyone spends time on an enquiry we cannot serve.
Your standards, not ours
Your template, your layers, your title block, your coordinate system. A drawing that needs reworking to fit has saved you nothing.
Priced before work starts
A written scope and a fixed price, free and without obligation. Revisions inside that scope are included, not invoiced.
We say when we are wrong for it
Straightforward volume work is cheaper elsewhere. Saying so costs one project and keeps the relationship.
Where we work from
Nairobi is an advantage, not an apology.
Work sent at the end of a North American day is produced overnight. A question raised in a London morning is answered the same morning.
Where that stops being convenient is the same-hour phone call. If a project needs live conversation at a fixed time, say so early and we will hold a standing slot.
